v0.10.36 Armory Agent Clouddriver Plugin (2022-05-09)

TLS support for operation forwarding between clouddriver instances when cluster = kubernetes in the configuration. It uses existing TLS settings (see https://docs.armory.io/armory-enterprise/armory-admin/tls-configure/#configuring-java-services).
